What Was The Best Year In Television?

There’s been so much good television over the years that it’s been hard to keep track of. Something that I start thinking of was what is exactly was the best year in television? It’s kind of hard to pin down what exactly makes a great year television. It’s not as easy and clear unlike discussing years in movies. But I think it’s basically just how much good television came out during one singular year. What new shows debuted and left a massive impact on television as a whole what shows became critically acclaimed? What shows became cult classics? Or maybe there are still some shows that are underrated that are annoyed by the masses? These are what make a great year of television in my opinion. Of course, at the time, you wouldn’t have been able to know what would become of these shows, but looking back it’s fun to see what became of these shows and to see everything each year produced.

This is a discussion that is open up to multiple opinions. That’s why I’m opening this up to everyone, I want feedback on what year of television you personally believe was the greatest. If you need some examples of a few years, I am providing some years that I researched online and found to be fan favorites among the masses below to maybe help jog your memory. Along with each year, I also included the shows that debuted during each of them.
